All you are going to do is to spice up left over rice with some “Bagoong” or shrimp paste and some other ingredients.
Here are the complete ingredients:
1 beaten egg
3 cups left over rice
2 tbsp. Bagoong (shrimp paste)
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 sprig coriander (chopped)
3 spring onions (coarsely chopped)
1/4 cup green mango (shredded)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)

Procedure:
1 Heat oil in a pan
2 Slowly pour in the egg while rotating the pan.
3 Cook until light brown underneath.
4 Flip and cook the other side.
5 Cool and cut into strips
6 Heat garlic in oil until fragrant.
7 Add bagoong
8 Add rice and mix thoroughly
9 Add brown sugar and chili powder
10 Toss well, making sure each grain is coated with the bagoong mixture.
11 Transfer rice to a serving plate then top with coriander and spring onions. sliced green mangoes, sl and sliced scrambled eggs.
Filipino Style Recipe: bagoong fried rice is another easy and simple rice dish. It is mainly made up of fried rice and shrimp paste and ground pork. Usually served during breakfast together with your favorite dish and soup.
Ingredients:
5 cups cooked rice, leftover
3 tablespoons shrimp paste(bagoong alamang),
1 head garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 thumb-sized ginger, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
chopped spring onions for garnishing
100 grams ground pork(optional)
1 piece egg, scrambled(optional)
Procedures:
1. In the same pan, heat olive oil and saute garlic, onion and ginger.
2. Add ground pork and stir cook until brown then add shrimp paste and saute for 5 minutes.
3. Add cooked rice, scrambled egg and ground pepper. Mix well until rice is well coated.
4. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
5. Transfer to serving plate and garnish with spring onions

Bagoong Rice is a type of fried rice dish that makes use of shrimp paste or bagoong. This original version of this dish is of Thai origin.
Making your own bagong rice can be hassle free as long as you have all the ingredients. You can use commercially bottled shrimp paste that are already cooked, or you can cook your shrimp paste by following our bagoong guisado recipe. As for the rice, left over steamed rice will work best.
We will also be using pork belly for this recipe. Make sure that the pork belly is sliced as thin as possible so that it will cook fast. After everything is done, it will seem like you are enjoying bagoong rice and pork binagoongan at the same time. What makes this dish more exciting are the chopped green mangoes on top of the rice. It will be like a different mangoes with bagoong experience.

Ingredients
1/4 lb. pork belly, sliced thin
3 tablespoons chopped scallions
1/2 cup green mango, chopped
5 cups steamed white rice
3 tablespoons bagoong guisado (or bottled shrimp paste)
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Cooking Procedure
1. Heat a frying pan.
2. Sear the sliced pork belly by putting them directly in the hot pan and cooking them until oil comes out. This should take about 2 to 5 minutes.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of bagoong guisado and then stir. Cook for a minute and then remove from the pan and set aside.
4. Pour the oil in the same frying pan.
5. When the oil becomes hot, put-in the garlic and then cook for 15 seconds.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of shrimp paste and then cook for 30 seconds in medium heat.
7. Put-in the rice. Gently mix while cooking until all the ingredients are distributed properly. Cook the rice for 10 minutes while gently scraping the bottom of the pan once in a while.
